CALLING THE WILD CHILD WITHIN!
On Sunday, July 13, I will be holding another in a series of workshops on the Tarot. This time we will be focusing on the Wands suit of the Minor Arcana, so get ready to EXPRESS YOUR CREATIVITY!
That's right. The Wands are all about your creative side, your sensual, passionate nature, your inner fire. This fire energy is connected with summer and the bright, hot sun that gets us outside to play and produce. Just like the light of the longer days energizes us, the Wands cards inform us about how we can best direct our energy to express ourselves and engage in our own lives. This workshop will focus on play, spontaneity and releasing inner blocks that inhibit our creativity. Come dressed as your own inner wild child! We will spend the afternoon expressing ourselves through crafts, dance and body painting. There will also be plenty of time to practice with the cards, and learn about each Wand card individually. I hope you can join us for a day of fun and play as we honor our inner fire!
The Wands workshop will be held from 1 - 5 pm at Crooked Kitty Ranch in Battleground, WA (please contact me for directions). Cost is $45 - $65 sliding scale and includes a booklet with descriptions of the Wands cards written by me. If you have any questions, please e-mail or give me a call.
